Avi Weisfogel – Best Dentist in the New Jersey Area

Avi Weisfogel is a dentist who has been practicing in the New Jersey area for many years. He opened his first practice in 1999 called Old Bridge Dental Care. Since then he has become well established in the area and has been named Best Dentists for many years. As an active and well educated dentist, Avi started to take an interest in sleep apnea. He began exploring the details of sleep apnea and started learning how dentists and physicians can help patients who suffer from the disorder. He started Dental Sleep Masters, which is a course that is dedicated to medical staff and medical teams that educates on how to properly use oral appliances. These oral devices are strategically created to help patients with sleep apnea. He also founded Healthy Heart Sleep in 2010, which is a company that works with physicians in all areas, advising them on helpful management tools of sleep labs.

One of Dr. Weisfogel’s focuses and passions has been directed towards an organization called Operation Smile. Operation Smile was founded by a couple back in the 80’s that focused their mission in the Philippines. Operation Smile now travels throughout the world helping children of all ages with mouth deformities and other oral issues. They have been helping patients who experience cleft palates, cleft lips and other facial deformities. They hold fundraising events to raise money so that they can travel around helping children and young adolescents. Operation Smile is proud to announce that they have completed over 200,000 surgeries and have traveled to more than 100 countries to do so. Dr. Avi Weisfogel is very passionate about being able to help those in need, and has started a GoFundMe campaign to help such a wonderful cause. He has donated some of his own money to get the fundraiser up and running. He hopes to be able to collect a substantial amount so that it can be donated to the cause. Operation Smile also utilizes the medical resources that are available in the area to complete the procedure. They believe in treating each patient as if they are their own.
